Breda University of Applied Sciences and Collegium da Vinci (Poznan, Poland) join forces to setup an Urban Management course.
An international perspective can bring different challenges, when compared to how things go in the Netherlands; which is also true in the field of Spatial Design. In order to tackle this challenge, Breda University of Applied Sciences and Collegium da Vinci (Poznan, Poland) have joined forces by setting up an Urban Management course program together.
Through this program, they will be training future experts with this new and improved perspective.
Integral area development, linking societal and spatial challenges, and the cuture of politics make for the common threads throughout this course.
Students will learn, under the supervision of ir. Ed Ravenbergen and ir. Marc Holvoet, through an integrated design approach to get a grip on all the facets that spatial design has to deal with.
The multi-cultural composition of the students in the studio is an enrichment for the discussion and vision on the urban development; which in social and political tasks cannot be viewed separately.
